One essential new training track
Navigate the Celonis Studio is an ideal starting point for anyone directly involved in app creation. Whether you’re a data analyst, business analyst, data scientist, app developer, or dashboard developer, if you’re new to Celonis Studio, it’s your go-to resource.
In less time than it takes to watch some Oscar-winning movies, you’ll get comfortable finding your way around Celonis Studio, explore key concepts such as spaces, packages, and assets, and even learn a few best practices for efficient app creation.
All three courses will encourage you to get hands-on with Celonis Studio, using a training environment you’ll be guided to set up yourself. You’ll also validate your understanding with regular quizzes and prove what you’ve learned with end-of-course knowledge checks.
Once you’ve completed the entire training track you’ll even be able to shout about your new skills, updating your LinkedIn profile with the “Navigate the Celonis Studio” badge from Credly.
Let’s look at the courses themselves.
Three complementary new courses
The three courses in this track are designed to build one upon another, easing you into the world of Celonis Studio.
If English isn’t your first language – or if you want to share the track with teams based around the globe – know that each course is also available in German, French, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Course one | Introduction to Celonis Studio
In your first course, Introduction to Celonis Studio, you’ll get comfortable with the structure of Celonis Studio.
If you’re completely new to our Process Intelligence platform, don’t worry. You’ll be offered a whistlestop tour. You’ll be introduced to our Data, Studio, and Apps services, how they relate to each other, and who in your organization will be using each one.
You’ll also be introduced to some very important concepts – Spaces, Packages, and Assets – before rolling up your sleeves. Working in your training environment, you will learn to:
Create Spaces, Packages, and Assets
Publish a package
Set user access and editing permissions
Course two | Introduction to Studio Assets
Here’s a very small spoiler: Assets are the building block for Apps. They come in many different flavors, and determine what your app does, and how it looks and feels.
In your second course, Introduction to Studio Assets, you’ll learn about:
The wide variety of Assets in your toolkit
What each and every one of them does
How they come together (with each other, and your data models) to create an app
You’ll soon know your Knowledge Model from your Data Explorer, and your Action Flow from your Process Adherence Manager. You’ll also meet some Assets that make especially smart use of AI.
There’s Insight Explorer, which uses intelligent algorithms to spot processes issues, value opportunities and more. There’s Annotation Builder, which brings structure to your unstructured business data, using AI that always shows its reasoning. And then there’s Process Copilot, which lets you optimize your business processes through a free-flowing conversation with a generative AI chatbot.
Course three | Manage Studio Settings
The final course in this training track, Manage Studio Settings, introduces the tools, features, and best practices you’ll use to manage your apps efficiently. It also explains how to tailor a Celonis Studio workspace to meet the needs of your organization's business users.
Along the way, you’ll learn to:
Recognize an Asset’s status at a glance (whether it’s been recently added, updated or published)
Organize, duplicate, and copy Assets, and why copying won’t always be an option.
Shape your business users’ experience – from what they’ll see when they open an App, to what they’ll never see at all.
You’ll also discover our advice on app version control, and what to do if you delete something, then suddenly regret your choices!
