Curious about what it’s like to be a Software Engineer based in the Munich headquarters at Celonis?
Join Aldi Topalli as he takes us through his daily routine, shares his favorite spot in the office, and reveals why he's more than your typical engineer at Celonis.
“Sometimes I go to work by bike, sometimes I take public transport. Today, I decided to take the bike because the weather’s good. The office is very central, so after just 10 minutes, we’re there!”
Nestled in the vibrant Maxvorstadt district, our Munich office is home to over 750 Celonauts. Recently expanded, it's also home to our newest addition, The Nucleus – an Executive Briefing Center where customers and partners can immerse themselves in the transformative world of process mining technology firsthand.
“I work in the Celonis Labs team and we’re directly responsible for strategy and innovation. In this team, you are not simply an engineer, but rather you get to be part of the whole project lifecycle. Then after lunch, I usually hang out on the terrace in the office.”
The rooftop terrace is a standout feature of our office, hosting everything from celebrations and lunches to Thirsty Thursdays – a beloved tradition where all Celonauts enjoy complimentary food and drinks together after work.
“I attest that the growth you experience here at Celonis is much more significant than in a traditional engineering role.”
Celonis Labs is the think tank for future innovation and emerging technologies in process mining technology. If you’re passionate about evangelizing a transformative vision for Celonis’ new solutions, then it’s the right place for you.
