The Everest Group recently conducted a survey of 53 enterprise CPG and Retail organizations to take a pulse on their transformation initiatives and to validate the challenges presented by the current economic environment, changing customer behaviors, and operational inefficiencies. 13 of the companies noted the acceleration of their transformation by using process mining before implementing change. IKEA was one of the survey responders and joins the Principal Consultant Anish Hath to discuss the overall survey results and highlight specifics of IKEA’s efforts.
