André Heinz joins Celonis as Chief People and Culture Officer to support further hypergrowth
New senior leadership team appointment to drive global talent expansion and implementation of the Celonis Way

A highly-respected HR executive with an international background, Heinz’ scope includes attracting and developing top talent for Celonis and ensuring consistent management of the distinctive organizational culture that is enabling the explosive growth of Celonis worldwide.
In this position, Heinz will play an instrumental role in the implementation and development of ‘The Celonis Way’ – a set of values and behaviors that act as a compass to guide and inspire the company and its people in everything they do. These values touch the Celonis brand, technology, operations, and its relationships with customers and partners, bringing value to all stakeholders.
Heinz joins from Siemens Healthineers in Erlangen, Germany, where he was Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for developing and delivering a global people strategy for a workforce of more than 50,000. He sees people as the strongest competitive advantage of tech companies and is a strong believer that organizational culture drives operational effectiveness.
At Celonis, Heinz reports to Bastian Nominacher, one of the company’s three co-founders. Celonis is one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies in the world, delivering triple digit growth year-on-year. Managing growth on this scale requires a world class people strategy and Heinz brings substantial experience of global team development gained from senior HR roles in Europe and China with Siemens and Nokia, and in North America with The World Bank, Washington, D.C., USA.
