Celonis Appoints Ashling Kearns as Global GTM COO to Drive Seamless Go-to-Market Execution
NEW YORK and MUNICH, February 13, 2025 – Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining and Process Intelligence, today announced that Ashling Kearns has been appointed Global GTM Chief Operating Officer (COO), expanding her current role as Senior Vice President of Marketing. In this new capacity, Kearns will drive go-to-market (GTM) execution, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success functions to accelerate business growth and help customers harness the power of Process Intelligence and AI to maximize business performance.
As Global GTM COO, Kearns will oversee key strategic functions, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales Enablement, Sales & Customer Programs, and a newly established Community Engagement team. Working closely with Celonis’ leadership, she will focus on streamlining company priorities that will help companies continue to unlock billions in value with the Celonis Process Intelligence platform.

With more than 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Kearns previously held senior leadership roles at Salesforce, including Tableau, as well as key positions at BT Global Services, Microsoft, and Avanade. Her deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and marketing leadership will be critical in aligning Celonis’ GTM initiatives and accelerating business growth.
