Celonis creates 500 jobs in Madrid in just three years, making Madrid Hub a leading European innovation and training center

Madrid, Spain 26 February 2023 - Celonis, the global leader in process mining, today announced that its Madrid Hub has hit a new milestone: Celonis hired its 500th team member in Madrid, nearly half of which are women. Since it opened about 3 years ago, the Celonis Madrid Hub has become a major innovation and training center in Europe, hosting more than 50 nationalities. With more than 1,500 customers and 5,000+ enterprise customer deployments worldwide, Celonis’ Process Intelligence platform uses industry-leading process mining technology and AI to optimize processes for Spanish customers such as CaixaBank, Navantia, NTT Data Spain, Acciona and many more.

In addition to creating 500 new jobs, the “decacorn” and one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies has been actively developing a community of game-changing customers, partners and academic institutions, laying the foundations for the creation of even more new  jobs.

The Celonis Madrid Hub is located in the AZCA complex, a burgeoning epicenter for major national and international companies. Celonis chose this location to reflect its commitment to being at the heart of business innovation. The Hub is focused on developing competencies in process intelligence and AI to foster the continuous development of cutting-edge technology to drive immediate cash impact, improve customer experience and reduce carbon emissions for its customers.
