Celonis launches Process Collaboration Agent, powered by Rollio to Accelerate Decision-Making
NEW YORK AND MUNICH, January 9, 2025 - Celonis, the leader in Process Mining and Process Intelligence, and Rollio, a leader in developing Conversational AI Platforms, unveiled a new AI agent that improves collaborative decision-making and overall process optimization.
The Celonis Process Collaboration Agent, powered by Rollio, enables teams to engage effectively and work from a single and shared source of truth. It does this by proactively resolving process exceptions through agent-assisted, inter-department collaboration, using a natural language interface. The Celonis Process Collaboration Agent was released as part of AgentC—Celonis’ suite of AI agent tools, integrations, and partnerships that enables its community to develop AI agents in the leading AI agent platforms and use AI agents pre-built by partners like Rollio.
“Our partnership with Rollio demonstrates how Celonis enables innovative software companies to build AI agents fed with process intelligence,” said Eugenio Cassiano, SVP strategy and innovation at Celonis. “The Process Collaboration Agent brings together all the relevant people to approve a decision and the process insights to explain the reasoning behind it. Bringing teams together within the collaboration tools they use on a daily basis democratizes the access to process intelligence.”
Celonis Process Collaboration Agent, powered by Rollio, optimizes processes by providing:
Agent-initiated collaboration
Process context in natural language
Agent-guided decision making
Seamless integration
All within the collaboration tool of choice (e.g. Microsoft Teams).
“The Celonis Process Collaboration Agent is not just a tool; it’s a game-changer for process collaboration,” said Markus Demirci, CEO of Rollio. "Today’s organizations and their people often face frustration with processes due to the complexity of navigating multiple systems, involving numerous stakeholders and dealing with unnecessary bureaucracy. The Collaboration Agent simplifies this by becoming a natural extension of how we work together, enabling teams to focus on outcomes not obstacles.”
Campari Group drives operational efficiency with the Celonis Process Collaboration Agent
For legendary Italian spirits company Campari Group, implementing the Celonis Process Collaboration Agent means a leap forward in operational efficiency, beginning in Finance. By reducing delays in credit block clearance, Campari ensures that orders are fulfilled on time, with fewer manual interventions and a seamless, documented process. And not only is the new agent helping Campari Group run more efficiently now, it will change the way it works in the future.
“Celonis’ robust ecosystem and partners like Rollio drive huge benefits for us,” said Laura Buseghin, Process Optimization and Automation Director at Campari Group. “The Process Collaboration Agent will let us be smarter and faster in managing process exceptions, enabling our people to quickly and consistently access information that they would otherwise have to search for across different systems in a complex, time-consuming manner. We’re excited to work with the agent and to assess how we can grow its use across the business. We are always looking for new ideas and new ways to innovate. And we are just getting started. The Celonis Process Collaboration Agent will not only speed up collaboration, but allow us to handle a higher volume of credit blocks as the company grows. When processes work, we can toast to life together.”
